United States

Shipping

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days from Raleigh, U.S.A. However, weather or other circumstances may sometimes delay them. That being said, 99% of orders ship the next day, we're just covering our bases here, folks!

***Orders over $100 qualify for free First Class shipping.***

Estimated shipping times are as follows, barring unexpected weather conditions. If there are any hold-ups in Colorado do to winter storms, we'll notify customers with unfilled orders via email, as well as post it on our Twitter account.

PLEASE NOTE the times listed below do not include the 1-2 business day processing time, this is the time frame once our postal carrier picks up our packages.

Colorado & North Carolina Sales Tax

We're required by law to charge state and city sales tax on orders being shipped to Colorado. The amount will vary depending on your location.


Exchanges

We have a 30 day return policy for store credit, refunds, and exchanges, beginning from when your item is shipped. The items should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

We accept one-time size exchanges if the item is available in your desired size.

Return shipping for exchanges will be your responsibility. Please ship your items using any traceable method:

Store Credit Returns

We have a 30 day return policy for store credit, refunds, and exchanges, beginning from when your item is shipped. The items should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

While return shipping will be at your expense, store credit returns will include the amount of the original purchase PLUS the original shipping charge.

Store credit expires 1 year after its issue date.


Full Refunds

We have a 30 day return policy for store credit, refunds, and exchanges, beginning from when your item is shipped. The items should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Full refunds will be for the original purchase amount for the returned item(s), and will not include any shipping charges from your original purchase.

International

International Checkout

MadeFAIR has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders shipping outside the U.S. International Checkout will ship to all destinations around the world, including APO / FPO addresses.

To place an international order, choose the  “International Checkout” option in your shopping bag. You will be redirected to our one-page checkout, where you may pay by international credit card, PayPal or bank transfer and choose to pre-pay duties and taxes. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service.

Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support[at]internationalcheckout.com.
